This reference to Scottish food reminds me of the line in the movie "So I Married an Axe Murderer" where Mike Meyers says "I firmly believe that much of Scottish cuisine was based on a dare." Or something like that.

lol. In that movie they were talking about haggis, a really old Scottish dish which is lovely.

What we're talking about is a Scottish/Indian curry. There is a whole range of Indian food that is unique to Britain and its amazing!!

I had grilled stuffed chicken toped with bacon and colby cheese. Tonight it looks like homemade trash. Which is actualy red potatos, corn on cob and smoked sausage all steamed together with cabbage.
