Tell you what Al, you are in for a cool experience then. There is no other guitar that comes close, and through the BJ is tone heaven for me. For the past few hours I've played the Teles clean through the amp, no effects pedals etc. The sound is just magical, you're in for a treat mate. But... in the very unlikely event you don't care for the Tele vibe, I'll get my Strat out for you
