I can't find a performance line-up for the Fender room anywhere, and the home page doesn't even have notice that the NAMM show is happening in 2 days! There's always been big banners everywhere etc. What gives? Anybody know?

Probably just not making too much of an effort since, well they're FENDER.

They would get the same amount of people whether they advertised it everywhere or not.

Look at Gibson, thats the same.

If the car show in Detroit is any indicator, we may be in for a toned down event, no pun intended.

I hope they pop out some unexpected surprises and start leaving this relic business behind. After all they have been at it so long now the relics are going to be relics. Does that even make sense!

Low profile or not, there is exactly ZERO acknowledgment that the show is even happening anywhere on this site.

Gibson are the only ones that still do all the hush-hush/invite-only nonsense. That's how they can maintain charging $2500 for $1000 guitars.

I use to be in the Trade Show Industry and I know that the economy has a lot to do with a company whether they put up a display or not. But NAMM without a Fender display is like going to see a NASCAR race with go carts.

We typically post all of our stuff the day of here at Fender.com -- we are indeed here (I just got here a couple hours ago, actually). We're in the midst of getting the booth ready as we speak and are getting set up to rock on Thursday!

I get it Wila, but no need to post this about Cort on every Forum subject, especially when it has absolutely nothing about the subject at hand.
