so chet,
to get a little off-topic here, i've noticed you're an authorized dealer of certain things, and also your avitar indicates you're a left-handed musician.
my guitar instructor has a LH strat and has been looking for an affordable LH tele...
if there's some help you might be able to offer, click my e-mail button and we'll talk some turkey ;)
thanks... and as soon as i get that guitar home (i can't wait!!!) i'll post some pics... did i mention i can't wait to get it home?... i can't wait...

I have a black '00 rosewood neck L/H MIM Strat (into Jimi strung righty)and it's a great guitar, for that kind of money you'd be hard pressed to find something near as good.Good choice, enjoy.

i've been looking for better than a year... as i'm sure many here will attest to, sometimes you walk into a store, you see a guitar, and it tells you "here i am... i'm the one you've been looking for."... well, here she is -
ain't she beautiful?
Image
don't she have a pretty face?
Image
here she is with a couple of her friends

and yes... things are lookin' up!!!

they set it up real nice at the store, i LOVE the solid maple neck with the skunk stripe on the back! plays really nice, and ohhhh baby... that fat strat sound (i. e., one click up from the bottom).... oh yeah!!!

You made a wise decision which you'll enjoy for years to come. MIM strats are very underrated guitars and are IMO, just as good as their MIA counterparts.

i found my mim tele stacked up nicely to my ol' friend's mia tele. i knew an american standard was not in the budget, and i was so happy with the telecaster, i figured the mim stratocaster would suit me just fine... i'm very happy with it!!!
