I'm trying to find out the name and artist of two songs.

One a new alternative song, I think by The Killers. All I know is the video is of two feuding neighbors (the lead singer plays both roles). One neighbor is the quiet conservative type and the other is the rock n roll guy and they annoy the crap out of each other. At the end of the video the wives trade husbands and the quiet guys is singing for the band and the RnR guy is enjoyign the simple life. Any one know what I'm talking about?

The other is an older song. I think the title is Midnight Train To Memphis. Opens with a harmonica playing the classic train rhythm and the first word of the song is "Traaaaaain..." and part of the chorus goes "Taking the midnight train to memphis..." The solo has a nice southern feel to it.
