Yes, a bit -- There are likely a few people here that have you or your band in thier music library. 4%  4%  [ 2 ]
Barely -- While we would not know you by name or recognize you (as you were not in the band), you still have played on or wrote music that many of us would know. 4%  4%  [ 2 ]
Only locally -- If we followed your local music scene, we maybe have seen you in a large club gig (bigger than a bar gig) or an opener for a larger act. 19%  19%  [ 9 ]

This is a poll so you are guaranteed anonymity. No one sees how you vote. But any additional info and details on your success that you can provide would be appreciated.

damn...guys, please dont be mad, but i was just kidding. it was intended as an innocent joke, i thought the little smiley at the end of the post would make it obvious. my bad for the misinformation. i honestly didn't think anyone would take me seriously.

honestly, im just another lowly guitar player in the 'burbs of SE Pennsylvania, trying to find my niche in music land.

sorry i let you all on, but thanks for the surge of positive attention!

in light of participation, the biggest name band i have played for so far was a cover band local to the Reading, PA region, known as the Blasting Agents. i played as their lead guitarist while in college. when i was with them, they were performing as far as Jim Thorpe (pocono's) and down through to West Chester and Downingtown. my first gig with them was at a clam bake, 300+ crowd. it was like a mini woodstock, very fun night. it was on this farm in chester county, and the booze flowed freely.
apparently, we were 1 or 2 degrees away from opening for Foghat, but it fell through. i prayed hard for it to become possible, i'm very sad that it didn't.

Well Mato let me just say that was the best original song I heard all year ,in fact I played it three times. Just really well done, loved the tone on the solo and the embellishments on the chords. I am definitely going to have to check you guys out. Would certainly come see you guys if you come to NY.

Nice guitar work, tasty and not overdone, parts of the chord changes reminded me of Jimi's Axis Bold As Love and Castles Made of Sand.

unfortunitly I can't say you heard me yet. It was a dream in jr. high school, since 7th. grade. Had a few garage bands, after high school work and kids became the priority. A grandad going on 48, I'm ready to try again. started playin' again, after a twenty+ year break. Picked up the guitar at a blues jam Dec. 06, and haven't stopped. I started a blues band for fun, and a classic hits cover band. I've also sat in with a couple local bands. Hopefully with alot of hard work and lots of luck, I'll be posting "coming soon to your area", anyway, at least I still can dream, I've got the gear I always wanted, workin' on the chops. Hope to see you guys soon! Jim, where have you been? I'm still waiting to jam.
