Playing with backing tracks and all that is fun, but the best way to get better is to play with other people or groups in my opinion.

Trying something I haven't done before and finally nailing it. Which is almost everything since I'm so new at this. I get that... "YES! I DID IT!" feeling! 8)

We're still talking open chords here folks and some blues progressions. Very elementary stuff compared to you true shredders. :lol:
