Now HERE's a subject that should be close to all our hearts...

What will the new prefix on the Fender Serial Numbers be, for the new decade?

My vote goes for O , standing for "one"

Thoughts?

Suggestions?

I think itl be T for teens, because it was E for eighties, N for nineties, Z for zeros.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

How about the good ol' Roman numbering system. MMX=2010.

Whatever it is we'll know in a couple of days
My guess is T for ten, TW for twenty, TH for thirty, F for forty, FI for Fifty. They will have to do somthing different for 60 and 70 because S was used in the 1970s. Maybe SI and SE. Of course by then I'll be a 120+ years old. Hope I'm still jammin... (breathing would be nice)

maybe they'll just start over, alphabetically. A for 10's, B for 20's, C for 30's, etc...
