I did always enjoy their music and I have to admit it upset me a little to hear they had broken up (again) earlier this year.

Not so much a big fan but Noel Gallagher is one cool cat and a Celtic fan to boot.

You are right in that they are huge and I was sorry to hear about the split but I guess they are so big over here that they have been overplayed.

I have been known to sing Cigarettes and Alcohol when I'm getting kicked out of the pub. :wink:

I'll have to give the album a listen to when it comes out. Can't say that a change in lineup will necessarily kill the sound or feel of the band.

They have changed line-ups before but you need both the Gallaghers on the ball for that band to work.

They are a band I like alot, but i like blur more. They were a handful of bands I first listened to that got me into guitar music. 8)
