I last saw them live on their Pump tour, they rocked the Livingston Forum that night. I wish Steve Tyler a quick painless recovery, long live Aerosmith. Cheers for the link as always Mike, much appreciated this side of the pond.

I hope he gets there. Steven is an amzing guy, when he was clean he kept my favourite guitarist Izzy Stradlin on the phone for days to help him get clean. It just shows how he knows what is best for him and that addiction cannot be helped.

Steven looks like a walking zombie. You cannot give ex addicts opiates for pain relief . I have 3 Herniated disc in my back from two different accidents and walked with a cane for two years. I have had 3 serious problems with pain medication in the last 13 years that lasted 10 months each time.

It starts out by throwing your back out and because of my chart I can get pain medication like Percocet in the blink of an eye. But believe me once you are physically stable you just keep going back and saying your in pain and I can be honest and say it is bullsh!t 80% of the time. You just want to feel like Gumby and play guitar, and I was never a drug user.

Now take someone who has had addiction problems big time there whole life there is their easy and legal high. I dont care if I was in traction tommorrow I will never take opiates again. You just have to rough it out because after 30 days you are going to have a problem.
