My guitars are as follows and I play them all through the HRD. I've always got 3 on stage. I have a Fender Highway 1, PRS,Lespaul dc. I get the rock and blues all. I really don't use the Marshall JCM much nor the Peavey stack. I am thinking of getting another Fender prob. the Deville.

For blues, tube, no question.

But solid states are great too. Just depends on how deep your pockets are!

The classic tone of electric Blues came from overdriven tube amps.

I like the tubes.
