They're just really handy and sit just really well on my thumb. (I have normal thumbs id like to add, ive not got funny fin shaped fingers) although all my friends like the fat little picks but all the kids i teach love this picks

I like the little hole... you can wear it on a chain, or keep it with your keys... add a lanyard to make it even easier to grip.. :)

I've been using Jim Dunlop Stubby 3.0mm which are quite small and thick they're also rough where your thumb and finger goes. Also, there's the Big Stubby 2.0mm which is a full size pick with rough indentations for your thumb and finger. Neither one tends to rotate when I play. I get them at Guitar Center. They are clear purple plastic and seem to be unbreakable. They give a very bright attack on the strings. You might want to try them out. I've also tried Dunlop 1.14mm nylon picks. They're blue nylon with a dragon embossed on them. I prefer the first ones but they all work well. Good luck!

I've been using some different V-Picks I got from Chet several weeks ago when he was out here in Oklahoma. They still feel a bit different, but I'm using them more and more. (Thanks again Chet!!!)

I also use a nylon Jim Dunlop .46 mm and a .60 mm when I'm trying for a bit different sound and feel.

I'm going to keep with the V-Picks - I think as I adjust to them I'll really like 'em.

I use Dunlop Gator Grip purple .71mm and red .58mm gauge. I fell in love with 'em when I first started playing, I've tried other picks in the past- and Ive allways gone back to the gators.. :)
