Great pics Celtic. I was -am a huge G&R fan and after watching Celebrity Rehab Steve for how messed up he is just seems like the type of guy you would take to right away, he just seems like a real no bullsh!t likable guy. I can imagine how much that hurt to get booted from the biggest band in the world at the time. I know him and Slash were friends from when they were teenagers and would really like to see him try and step in and help his old friend out. Maybe he has I dont know but if he does not get the right help his 9 lives are going to run out, and that would be a shame.

Yeah man, I hear ya. Steve is such a gentle person and we got on like we had known each other for years.

Slash and Steve do hang out these days and see each other often, in face Slash has a new album coming out and Steve and Izzy are on a lot of tracks. All the guys in Guns see each other except Axl and Slash but they know how and what each other are doing through Izzy.

Axl has also partied with Steve in recent years and has lent his support.

Izzy and Duff were always there for him.

This time Steve was fine, when we had him over the year after he was back on smack and his band had left him. Our old singer had to play rhythm guitar for him on those shows cos he had no band.

And the last time he was meant to be over he had dates booked all over the U.K. and in Dublin I was drinking with my friend Brian/his guitarist/our old singer in Katy Daly's in Belfast when he got a call saying Steve had missed his flight and was in Vegas off his head. The shows were canceled and my friend lost a lot of money. This was Slash's management phoning and apparently they were doing so out of goodness cos Steve's people weren't going to say 5h1t.

the amazing thing about those photos is, in my blocked state, i forgot to turn the damn flash on. i'd only got the camera, and i'd a fair few/several/multitudes of drinks in me. i got home next day, uploaded to computer, and a fair amount o levelling and adjusting brightness/contrast was needed to bring them out. but they have a good effect i think.
