I would not spend $1500 on that let alone 4 grand, it is ugly as sin to me. If I am spending 4 grand on a Gibson I am getting the best Les Paul I can get for the money. I am still amazed at how long I have played and never owned a Gibson made guitar though I have borrowed Pauls for months on end . I hate when people come out with these crazy statements like Gibson is not a great company. I wound up on the Fender side of the fence but have never played a Les Paul I did not like and there is no doubt they make some great axes and I also hate when someone apologizes for showing there Gibson. Believe me all the Gibson fanatics have a Strat or Tele in there closet and just about every top player has models from both companies no matter what there #1 is.

Looks budget.
