Wow I did not know things were this bad. Tell the Snowman we are praying hard for him and to keep the faith as he is missed in a big way.

Has anyone heard any more?

Is he for sure in Scotland?
Is Charlie in a good home where people love him and will care for him?

And - snowy is in my prayers

I'm blown away here guys, completely blown away. I'd like to thank each, and everyone of you. You have no idea the lift I got from your post's, it means a lot to me. I would also like to thank Gratz for starting this thread, and Gratz, tell your good lady her mail to me gave me the strength to keep Charlie. I was listening to too many other people, who thought they knew what was best. I would have been lost without him around, as a matter of fact he's laying sleeping at my feet right now. He's an incredible dog, this pup is the reason I get up in the morning. I need him just as much as he needs me, if not more. Being on the meds I'm taking, it's sometimes difficult to take him on our usual epic wanders in the woods. I'm sure he knows this though, and given time we will both be back in our woods soon enough. I'm hoping to be around a bit more, I'm slowly but surely getting some strength back.

Thanks again guys, I mirror all the wonderful words right back to you. The snowman is not ready to melt yet

Yo Snowman!!! :D :D :D

So good to hear from you - and I guess you can see a lot of others feel the same!

That's ended my week the best way - very happy.

All the best to you, and fingers crossed for things improving. And well done about Charlie! 8)

Ceri, I couldn't be happier right now, it's been a nightmare for a good few weeks now. Things are getting better though, so thanks again. Great news about Charlie yes, an early Christmas present for the old snowman

Sir there's a reason dog is mans best friend. They have a clear understanding of how your feeling, and respond with compassion when your down. Thats why its better to fuss a dog than a cat. They love you back.

Well done that indomitable Snowman. Cool as a cucumber.

Nik, very true words my friend. I'm positive Charlie knows exactly what's going on, they see and feel what humans don't. I took him out earlier toinight, for the first time in a while. Normally this boy pulls like a train on his leash, not tonight. I was walking extremely slow, for obvious reasons  and Charlie stayed in step with me. It was pretty cool, he never pulled once. I let him off the leash, and he was off after the bunnies in the field. A win win situation, I got some fresh air, Charlie got to chase his wee furry friends
