I just answered another post in the Strat forum and it hit me how much technical knowledge about the guitars and gear I picked from various members on this Forum.

(Sorry if I did not mentioned you name here  it would be a loooong list!!)

Hey you guys Niki, Ceri, BigJay, Martian, ZZ, Chat, and everybody else.

A big THANK YOU for all of you forumites and a huge appreciation for the time you are putting in answering and educating all of us.

Agreed, and I too am getting more and more impressed by the technical help and collective knowledge being offered and shared here. For those of you who are taking time out of your days to participate here -- you have my extreme gratitude!

Oh man...!

Gotta say though; if you are going to name names you'd better add a heck of a lot more of 'em to that list. I can see so many that are missing...

I've learnt tons of stuff here, and not all of it about guitars.

But most of all I just enjoy the good company of ALL the friendly Forum users. Kudos to everyone involved, front stage and back!

Cheers - C

It is so much nicer here at the Fender forum than the Gibson forum. :D People don't squabble as much here. Must be more adults

I think it's partly true that there are more adults but I think it's mostly down to a combination of people who want to learn, people who want to debate without personally insulting anyone and people who want to have fun and a bit of a laugh.

Its great how we all support each other too.

[EDIT] In fact I would love to know the average age of the common posters here.

Thanks Fender and all you guys too. I have learned a lot!

Agreed; and in addition to knowlegeable and helpful, this is likely the friendliest and most classy of musicians' lounges known to this picker.

Although I am not much of a technical wizard and I am not one to write too much...this is one of my favorite stops - I visit almost every day. What I like is that I can see what is going on with my fellow guitar players worldwide, see pictures of awsome guitars and gear, and just sit back and laugh at the humurous banter.

I really enjoy this site and the Fender Forum Members....my thanks to Fender, Brad, and everyone here.
