Totally agree, I'm in the same boat. It's my first Christmas being single for years. Its weird so I'm doin my best to appreciate what I have.

Aaahh christmas i love it too, i,ll be at work right through and because of that alone mostly but im not complaining because my partner will be with her family, no point both of us being by ourselves.

Her little (almost ) 3 year old grand daughter is visiting this weekend to help her grandma put the christmas tree up :lol:

I hope everyone has a great holiday.

Christmas is my favorite holiday too! A magical season when miracles, big and small, happen just because its Christmas. Even old Scrooge had to give in to the holiday's influence of love and hope. Reading all of the beautiful posts by you Bros makes it perfectly clear. As Charles Dickens wrote for Tim in his Christmas Carol, " God bless us every one". May all have a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, making time througout the month to play christmas songs on the guitar, etc. The whole season just has a special feel to it IMHO, and it is the only time I mind snow :D
