Is it just me (or my system) but I have a hard time navigating the new site. It takes forever to get to the forum, product pages, support of anything! A lot of times I just give up. Brad, any ideas?

Try clearing your cache...deleting browsing history, etc.

Works fine on every computer I've tried it on.

I'd be curious to hear what browser and what version of that browser you're using as well as what you're running it under (i.e., XP, Vista, etc.). I must say, though, this is the first such report I've seen as of yet.

No, Brad, the OP is far from alone. I was about to start my own thread about this. Ever since the new site launched, it hangs up all the time for me. The only way out is to kill the browser and start again. I am spending a lot less time here ... it just gets too tedious. I am running XP with IE.

Additional Edit: It is most often on threads with pics.

Same thing has been happening with me. I've had to click on links twice to get them to work and performance has been slow. Not that I am complaining or anything, I love this place!

To be clear, we did have an isolated issue earlier this morning wherein pages were loading quite slowly ... but that's been resolved. I think at least a few of the postings here are in regard to that vs. a systematic / repeatable problem which naturally is what I'd be more interested in hearing about. Our Products section is currently a bit slower to respond than I like (and we're working on that) but otherwise prior to this thread I'd not heard any other complaints. If you're still having problems can you e-mail me at ForumAdmin AT fender.com with more details of what specifically is occurring and which section(s) of the site you're encountering the behavior on?

Thanks!

I have had no problems loading. I am running XP Pro SP2 with IE8 on one PC and Mac OS X Snow Leopard and safari on two others. Still getting used to the site though. Soften the bright header though, on a large monitor its so bright and when you look down into the body of the board and see the varying back and forth gray/white of the post it hard on the eyes. It nice it the area where you typed your post but not across the top. Florescent light in your face  Sorry Brad other wise all's cool.

I use two computers to access this website.

One uses XP, and I use Firefox and the latest version of IE.

The other I use Windows Vista with the browers of IE, Firefox, and Safari.

No problems at all. Sites runs smooth and fast.

Mine hangs from time to time with Firefox on my desktop and laptop. I'm running XP Pro 2 gig of ram on an old Athalon 64 bit processor. The Laptop is a newer duo core processor and using Verizon Fios. My cache empties when I shut down Firefox. Doesn't do it all the time though. It hangs on the splash screen.
