He has to be without a doubt the weirdest mother ------ to ever play a guitar. There is no denying the guy is a phenominal player, his chops are just off the chart. Then to have to play with that Michael Myers mask on which must be very uncomfortable breathing wise and that bucket on his head on a guitar with no fret markers is not my idea of fun.lol

Hey I have heard some of his stuff and it is really not my cup of tea but I can appreciate the guys amazing talent. He has like 20 albums recorded, As far as the guitar I cant see anyone complaining as it is his signature ax so he is going to make it to his likings just like any of us here would.

Believe it or not he has made a few albums with of all people Bootsy Collins (talk about a strange pairing) and a few other top notch players, the name of the band is Science Faxtion and is said to be some out of this world funk, and
I think they mean it literally. lol

The guy is at the level where he can play whatever he wants to. He still has not done anything that I am into music wise outside of the song Jordan. But I really wish he would lose the mask and bucket. He dont need no gimmicks.

Although I'm not impressed by 1,000 note a second shredding I must admit what I've seen B.H. play in other genres when slowed and relatively focused and serious is very very good.

If it wasnt for those stupid arcade buttons for the killswitches it would be a nice guitar, however they're there and as a result it makes it looks like gibson has teamed up with sega. nvm

You guys could never say anything that I would take offensive and I'm glad we can still all talk and share our opinions and learn on this forum and in our country.

I agree that the guitar looks tacky with those switches but if Johnny, who is wasting away playing Guitar Hero, gets his parents to buy this guitar, or one similar, then we've made a connection.

What if this is the beginning of a modern day renaissance of "Guitar Heros"?

As for Buckethead, I first saw him on this video (Young Buckethead) going through his shreds in an apparently dark and gloomy basement and wondered what kind of sad trauma might he have gone through. His last shred almost made me cry. I doubt very much he had a wonderful childhood so if he's a bit weird we shouldn't judge him for that. We should give him the benefit of the doubt and see where his talent might take him.

Thanks for the link. I do not like the way the guitar looks. The BH video was entertaining, but a little wierd.
