Thirty years ago today (November 30, 1979) Pink Floyd released The Wall.

I was 15 years old when this colossal album was released. It was and remains the Sgt. Pepper of my generation. 8)

Cartoonist Gerald Scarfe did the illustrations on the album - and the guitar!

I had just started college, I saw this at the Drive In, was a huge Floyd fan prior to the Album/Movie. Ruined my life since the album has been released; what a great album. I still play a few tunes live from the album.

I was 8 and didn't know anything about it for another 10 years. I led a relatively shletered life, musically, as a kid.

I don't own The Wall and I don't know why. I really do like Pink Floyd, but I only own one CD: Atom Heart Mother

One of the Greatest Albums Of All Time!

I adore the Wall and listen to Is There Anybody Out There: The Wall, LIVE at least once a week.
