Some other Queen songs with really prominent backing vocals are "'39", "In the Lap of the Gods...Revisited", "You're My Best Friend", "Play the Game", "Radio Ga Ga", "I Want it All", "Headlong", "The Show Must Go On", and, of course, "Bohemian Rhapsody".

Backing vocals - not to be underestimated, the richness of tone they add. With some understanding of harmony every bar band can raise its game. Backing vocals give such a lift, I can't believe they're so overlooked, especially by covers bands.

Another was the soprano on Elvis's are you lonesome tonight ( laughing song)

The Beach Boys always had great harmony backing vocals.

Richie Sambora is a great harmonizer with Bon Jovi too (all the girls seem to really dig this band and their songs).
