I just put my very first Thanksgiving turkey in the oven. Lubed it and seasoned it. Put it in the bag my GF gave me.

My one fear is that it will come out pallid and anemic looking.

All I've had to eat today is some melon and some Chardonney, so, whatever happens, I'm having some.

Sounds like it. Took me a few reads that one lol. Happy thanksgiving. I like turkey, but would rather a fried chicken. Or why do no big holidays insist upon some good tasty red meat?
