I like the old website's color scheme better than this new current one. Current one has too much white or light color and its bland.

I agree 100% with you on the forum screen. I miss the old way the new threads were( boxed )in a big way. I have commented on this a few times already and am glad someone else feels the same way. They took a big step backwards with the new down the line no separation approach. If anything if they put the two side by side and showed them to people who were never on the forum I bet the old screen would be chosen in a landslide as being the new one. BRING BACK THE OLD ONE.

Yea, I think Fender should of allowed to vote on the changes with some previews. Its really irritating to look or read through the threads with this current setup. The old setup was much easier to the eyes. Much greater contrast in color and easier to read.

Didn't Brad say something about the new forum not being ready for the rollout? I think something is still in the works.

that would never work, some would like it more some others less. Pretty much the same thing happening already.

I think this has gotten a little too much attention. Yeah, it wasn't AS good. Yeah, we've all talked about it, and yeah, there is room for improvement.
I think he knows this. Honestly, the reason I come to the forums is to chat and talk Fender, not whine about how some page doesn't look amazing.

Just my .02. :]

Here is a thought, why not have the users have control over what setup and color scheme they choose? It would be an option in the user CP "conrtol panel". This will only effect they see and not others. Many online forums have this option.

Give the new board's tubes a chance to burn in and the speakers to get flexible....

It is a bit hard on the eyes. The bright just stands out to much. The bright header across the top is especially over bright.
Plus is it my new Mac or do the emoticons when you click them pop up behind your blinking tab?

You guys will never agree on a color scheme to suit everyone. We can't even agree on how to spell the word "colour".

Your are never going to make everyone happy true. Designers really work at coming up with color schemes that are easy on the eyes. The contrast difference between the header and the forum body is to bright. I think they should just soften the header and when you click on a subject and it opens the title should also stay in the header. The dark side should ulso have a less contrasting color or picture from the body brightness top to bottom so that most of the side body is not just all black. But you don't want it to be to busy.
