OK guys....just my opinion(s) and thoughts:
I'm glad you finally updated the site. But with this??? I'm a Fender guy all the way, the price increase sux, but hey drastic times calls for drastic measures.
With the price increase I wish you would have paid for a better web design team. This was your chance to really blow every other guitar site out of the water, but instead, you went with the generic guitar site. You should fire the web design team - they choked!!! It looks like the Guitar Center Site, I mean common, give us some cool stuff.
IDEA 1: how about giving us product 3D view, you click on the product and we can rotate it 360 degrees, checking it out from all angles.
IDEA 2: Give us a ZOOM option too, let us have a closer look, if I'm going to spend some serious cash, I'd like to see it up close.
IDEA 3: And how about showing us ALL color options!!!
IDEA 4: How about some high quality product photos.

I was going to post an infommercial that I did about 10 years ago but can't think of how I can, its a wmv file on my computer and the you tube converter isn't converting. It has some display aspects you are suggesting Bro.

I think you have a valid point but I am not going to complain as the upgrades are an improvement. But they did take a step backwards as I really hate the way the threads are not boxed anymore. Why would you guys do this makes no sense. It was way better with the separation boxes. Sometimes if it aint broke dont fix it.

Only referring to one point. I design web sites as a hobby. If i didn't play music, it's what i'd love to do for a living. In order to do your 3d view i think is to restrictive to target audiences. Fender wants to reach everyone. Easiest way to do that is flash. And i detest flash. Good for videos. Hate it anywhere else. Cuz all it means is loading times. The other reason it isn't viable, a lot o time has to spent taking the photos and piecing then together. I don't think it necessary. Ya can see what ya need by the photos, and everyone knows what the amp or guitar is gonna look like i think anyway. I got gripes, but they are very minor i think. Some good points tho, they just my thoughts
