I see in the product section the old mistakes are still there. e.g.

The Telecoustic Deluxe, says it has a Strat head and 21 frets.

It has a Tele head and 22.

The product section is plagued with inaccuracies like this. I think it is very unprofessional and a bad reflection on Fender overall.

I haven't looked there at all, I don't come here to shop, sadly, just to talk.

At this point I'm happy with the 3 Fenders I have....and no $$ for more.

But I would agree that if it's "your" products page than you should double, triple, quadruple check the layout to be sure it's accurate.

Hi guys: I've done a very small amount of website building myself and I know how you check, check and re-check stuff before it goes live - and then find yourself spotting mistakes months later.

Can't be helped no matter how hard you try.

But I bet a quick email to Brad is what he'd like best when errors are spotted. I believe he asks people to use the ForumAdmin@ ... address for that purpose.

We've seen things put right very quickly that way in the past.

Cheers - C

The product section has been rife with mistakes for years now with info. In some cases this even spills to the catalogs.

Very unprofessional for the 'leading guitar manufacturer in the world'.

Things like frets, neck profiles, heads, woods, scale lengths and colours all matter to people who are searching their next guitar. To get them wrong is embarrassing.
