Ever ask yourself, "I wish Fender could change this on a guitar/amp, or make this better, or improve the design on" whatever. I'm just curious of what the players here think. It's got to mean something if the basic three (Strats, Tele and P Bass) haven't changed thier basic design in 50 years. But is there something that you'd like to see Fender do or change?

I wish Fender would go back to the guitar cases of the 60's and 70's for standard issue on guitars. You could put a lot of stuff in those rectangular cases (tuners, pedals, tools, smokes, etc). The new standard issue cases, (the form fitted, almost plastic), you barely have room for a cord and a strap. And having to pay extra for a case over a "bag" kinda irks me too. You spend $800+ on a new guitar, and you would think you'd get a case, not a bag.

I want see hardtail options, more color options and production Jaguars, not reissues or specials or anything, a 2010 Fender Jaguar. The special is a phenomenal step in the right direction, that should stay in production, I love that guitar.

I would like to see some new models too. The Cyclone, Toronado and Stratosonic were awesome. I know Fender has some creative minds to come up with the next big thing.
