It looks excellent. However the instrument parts/pickups seems to have disappeared from the "accessories" page...

I've gotta be honest, I'm not 110% up to speed on our current accessories offerings personally -- but I'll forward your comment over to our product team for investigation.

I've noticed there aren't any lessons on the website. I'm not trying to be a downer. Overall a very nice site.

In the works!

Its got everything. Ability to expand, lighthearted yet informative, its easy to understand, and it comes with the fender seal. So you know your doing right.
I particularly enjoyed the 'buying a guitar' section. Even the people that benefit the most from guitar sales, say try before you buy. That displays a caring attitude, one I've come to expect out of fender. More than any other manufacturer i use anyway.

Great feedback, thanks, and I'll pass your compliment along to the author of that material!

I'm not 100% wild about the treatment at the top of the forums either, for the record -- I don't think I'll leave it that way for too long as I agree that it has too much dead space.

Hey, I just noticed that the title of a given discussion thread is in white on a white background, rendering it invisible. This should be an easy fix.

And I have to admit I'm disappointed not to have user-defined avatars.

I also miss the automatic boldface of URLs.

But on the whole I approve wholeheartedly! 8)

Good thoughts and all noted, thanks. Also great catch on that post title issue and I'll fix that for sure.

Yes, we had an outage in the Products section a bit earlier but we're back!

Hey Brad,

The new site looks great! Thanks to you and your team for all your hard work. I'm sure there will be added suggestions/critiques - and I'm sure y'all will continue to tweek and adjust as things are suggested.

The Fender brand is about way more than just guitars/amps. This forum literally is a gateway to the world. I've learned a bunch and made some great on-line friends from around the world who I respect and care about a great deal. Keep making Fender the awesome experience it is. I really appreciate it!

Rick

FUNKY!

Looks clean and cool - I like the new page layout for the individual guitar models.

Off to explore some more.

Nice work, all!

Cheers - C

I kinda miss the sidebar photos, but the new wallpapers look great!

Can I have a black/maple 72 Custom avatar?

Only thing I miss is being able to click on the Forum Logo Pick to go back to Forum menu. I always used it.

The new Products section is horrible, it looks like an online store. :(

Brad,
This site is really special and ,after the kinks are worked out will really show people just how well Fender is trying to reestablish themselves as the class of the music industry. Know that you have neglected to show the Classic era 70's Stratocaster.

I do not like your guitar layout on the products page. It looks like any other online retail store layout with much less class than your previous layout page. Check out tdpri.com for some very negative feedback.

I love Fender and own several guitars and amps. The only none Fender guitar I own is a 1978 Guild, so I do believe in your products.
