Well, hey now, surprise!! Allow me to officially be the first to welcome you to the new Fender.com.

Check out the new Products, News, Blog, and Video sections and hop over to the E-News page and take a moment to ensure the info we have on file for you is accurate. Peruse the revamped Artists and Store areas, and our reorganized Support section. And finally, spend some time with our new Online Guitar Tuner right here in the Community section!

Also ... if ya'll have been paying close attention here recently you'll note that I've actually been querying you here and there about some of the feature sets that actually ended up getting implemented into this version of the site. Many of your posts were quoted directly in recent meetings that I've had within the past 3 or 4 weeks -- and for those who took the time to share your feedback, I greatly appreciate it!

What unfortunately did NOT make it into this incarnation was a new, improved version of this Community section -- our focus got redirected to making a serious improvement to the Products area of the site and ultimately I made the executive decision to avoid introducing any additional moving parts at once. That said, I remain committed to making this Community area better and it very much remains on my radar.

If you're spotting bugs as you surf around -- and, despite our extensive testing this week I'm still quite confident that you will -- I'd like to hear about them, but I don't really want to hear about them here. Please instead engage me directly via e-mail at ForumAdmin AT fender.com.

Meanwhile, I've slept no more than 4 hours in the past three days so will be scooting on home now -- but will be monitoring ye olde BlackBerry fer sure, of course. ROCK 'N' ROLL, folks!

Love it so far. Very clear, crisp and clean looking. Off to cast my eye over the products section now. Whilst viewing ebay earlier I noticed a Daphne blue Baja Tele that caught my eye. Is the site the only thing to have undergone a overhaul.
