I doubt they're going down because of this. The worst I think they'll get is a fine and some form of community service likely in the form of donations to environmental/conservation groups.

Yes, and the extra expense would be passed on to the consumers.....gibson will have to raise their prices.

i realy hope not i love there 2008 Epiphone G-400 SG 62
Gibson highended that SG a few years back and it sounds/feels
and plays like the Gibson standard SG its simply a fantastic SG.
