First, when you before you insert your neckscrews, dip them in some honey or beeswax. This is especially useful if you frequently remove/replace the neckscrews. Applying the honey/beeswas will help condition the wood around the screw holes, including the threads. It will help reduce potential stripping. It will also cause the wood to swell just a little bit, clamping down around those screws.

Second, when you insert the screws, insert all four screws to almost tight. Then, tighten each screw down a little bit at a time, rotating between screws in a cross or X fashion, until they are all tight. Rotating between screws while tightening will ensure even torque between the screws, ensuring the neck-heal is properly aligned in the neck pocket.

Yeah I really didn't think of the honey, it makes sence, I'll do that if I ever need to remove the neck plate again, and as for the second part I did exactly that as a replacing the screws step.
Thanks for the tips

SRVFender, Lucky you! The manual you will need is on this website. First there isn't a luthier that can do anything for your guitar that you can't do yourself. That guitar is your magic wand your AK47 your laser cannon your scalpel which you use to make your audience happy and excited and a bunch of other good stuff. Rarely are you going to have the opportunity to be so involved with your instrument as when making a repair or modification so cherish every moment as you take it apart look at every inch as if you were some kind of wizard inspector hold it as if it is an extension of you because it is just that. Do everything carefully like a surgeon that is saving a patients life. Then follow the same procedure when reassembling because it may be awhile until you can be that close and important to your instrument again. Have fun Bro and post a pic after.
