So hard to pick a favorite, especially considering all the great (and some not so great--in one man's opinion,) movies listed so far. So to add to the pile:

maybe not my favorites ever, but a couple gems many people may not be aware of.

For fans of 'This is Spinal Tap' you should really check out:

Bad News Tour, in my opinion the absolute funniest fake Rock-u-mentory, try get the bundle with both the original TV skit, and the follow up feature length movie. (PS, Stars the Adrian Edmondson, the guy from Niki's signature.)

Also maybe the best Canadian Indy film ever:

Sex,Drugs, Rock-n-Roll and deals with the Devil, what more could you want?

I just watched that one Joe, pretty much on your recommendation.

I thought it was a awesome film.

This lot played a mile and a half from my house.

On their way to the Donnington Monsters of Rock festival, in the 2nd film.

Yes they actualy gigged. They were crap.

Ade Edmondson is currently doing folk renditions of old pistols songs in his band, The Bad Shepards.

They were on here last month but apathy got the better of me. A mandolin rendition of 17 would likely incite me to violence and I dont have much regard for Edmondson at the best of times.
