I think SlapChop was his 2nd ID on the Forum. He left disgruntled once before if I'm not mistaken (and I might be).

Anyway, I'll take a crack at it . . .

When I'm not playing SRV tunes I'll play Jazz. It's easier because no one can tell when I miss a note.

This will do the trick...if you think an MIA is better than a non modded MIM then you don't know how to play. If you have to mod then you don't know how to play...LOL...

Yep - it has been rightly said that we are not here to advertise other forums. But anyone who Googles "Gravity Jim" will soon find SlapChop holding forth in other places under his previous username.

Personally though, the Fender Forum is the only one I have time for...

I e-mailed him a link to this thread shortly after it started. He got a laugh out of it but, I don't think he's coming back anytime soon. :(
