Hi Mr Bill: I feel like I'm standing on the street reading the menu outside a classy restaurant. Now I'm hungry!

I love the color of that Strat in the second pic down.

And something about Duesenbergs does things for me too...

Looks like you had fun! Thanks for posting.

Cheers - C

That restaurant analogy is exactly what its like Ceri!

You are right about Duesenborg's, I've always had a thing for them too.

Mr Bill well at least you got some great pics, I feel like I am back et the show and cant wait to go again.lol I spent sometime talking to the guy on the right in the second pic with the glasses that had the Les Pauls and the big display of the Peter Green -Gary Moore Les Paul with the big blown up photos. Me and my friend got duped into thinking it was the real guitar as it was done right down to the headstock repair and the big dont touch sign.

Well of course we had to run our hand down the neck(not sneaky.lol) as we were talikng to him, then made like 4 phone calls telling everyone we touched one of the holy grails and being in a click that has Gary Moore near the top of players in the world it was a big bummer when he told us just before we left it was a replica.

I was really bummed out and cracking up at the same time. I know the guy said the guitar cost a small fortune even as a replica but he had the guitar set up on a bigger display then the guy who brought 7 of Les Pauls axes which were real. I was wondering if you snapped a shot of those. I wrapped my hand around the neck of all 7 and the guy was cool. Someone said Les left those guitars to that guy who was a cop and his friend. If that was true he could retire.lol Great shots Mr Bill see ya at the next show.

Thanks so much, Bill!

Don't you love the prices of all that good stuff? I guess these vendors didn't, "get the memo" that virtually everyone is broke.

To the old farts among us:

Remember when many of those guitars and basses, the Fenders especially, were well under $400 new with the HS case included? Ah, those were the days!

My '63 Jazzmaster was something like $250.00 and the case was $75.00
extra. Strats were $200.00 Ah the good old days.
Thanks for the photos Mr. Bill, a nice collection of wood and wire.

Hi Everyone,

It sure was a nice time,
sorry for so few pic's but my camera fell to accident.
I didn't take any new guitars home but I did want the
Atlas in #3 photo{or even the L-5  }.
Next show Straycat113 & myself will give you
more of what you want.

Glad you all enjoy them.

Cheers.
