It came across the crawl on the news he did not quit. These guys go back a long long time so who the hell knows what is really going on. All I know is that if Tyler wants to take time off I cant blame the band if they want to keep playing, but can you really call it Aerosmith then. I do not think so.

Well when joe perry and whitford quit in early 80s the band still went on as Aerosmith so maybe joe perry wants a wee bit o pay back for that lol
