I just want to say thank you for the men and women who fought to keep our country safe and fought for this country over the years, whether it be WW2, Vietnam, or the current Iraq/Afghanistan War, thank you all for your service

Hey NonniG - I was at Navy Kef 4 or 5 times during my career for two weeks at a pop. We sat alert waiting for the Soviets to fly off the coast with their heavy bombers and had 3 or 4 launches while I was there.

I was fortunate to be able to go to Reykjavik several times to the clubs. I think Iceland was one of the neatest places on the whole world that I've ever been to, and I've seen just about the whole world to compare it to.

Reykjavik seemed like a very modern European city - clean, good shops, etc.

So - thank YOU for being a good host and having such a neat country. I sincerely hope I can travel back to Iceland one of these days. I really do think it's one of the best places on earth!
