Hey guys and gals. It has been an apparently long while since my last visit. To catch you guys up, the actual band audition is on Sunday this weekend (if you don't live in the Western Hemisphere.... too bad, figure out the date yourself ;) ) and only the rhythm guitarist and drummer are gonna be there. So, I have the drummer's okay, and now i need the guitarist's okay.

Anyway, I once again started thinking way ahead of myself and reality... I have once again felt that for some non-readily apparent reason I MUST have a macintosh in order to survive. Looks are only a part of it...I have used them, and they impress me. I'd love to see what I could do with Garageband and iMovie. The interface is phenomenal. I'm in no way imprecating vista or windows in general, it's just that I feel that macs will become very outdated much later than other PC's.

How do you guys think I should cure this desire? Should I just wait until it goes away? Or get rid of temptation by giving into it (a much harder option considering the hefty price tags)? CAS lol...

If you feel like you NEED a Mac, get a Mac. You have to be happy with the computer that you use. Happy hunting.

Well I just got my Mac's and WOW! My iMAC has a 1TB drive and I upgraded to 8 GB's memory and ATI Radeon video card. The new ones were just released in mid October and they are running Snow Leopard, Mac OS X 10.6 which is also new. Still have some PC's but loving Mac and you don't have to buy virus protection.
