wat is the best humbucking pickups for alternitive rock.

I say go for the Gibson 57 classic because they can handle any type of music you want to play.

To me pickups are only half the battle for sound/tone. A good Fuzz, Distortion, or Overdrive may do the trick with you current Humbucker.

I wish I could loan you my Strat. I have a Dimarzio Super Distortion in mine. I do not play much Alternative music, but I can play Green Day or Live without issues. Alternative Genre has a lot of variance to its sound, so depends on what you want.
