The bands "Little Feat" Savoy Brown" and "Moody Blues" always had some interesting covers.

:D

But so-o-o-o-o much better on the original LP, with the window interiors printed on the inner sleeves so you make different ones show through the cutouts in the window frames on the cover.

(Lengthy explanation for anyone who's never handled the LP version...)

Ceri, my birthday was Tuesday, I got this Zep box set, it has all the 10 albums,on CD, but all the sleeves are CD sized reproductions of the album sleeves. Down to the detail, like the windows, the rotating disks for III, even the reverse printing for the in-sleeve of Houses of the Holy, for the title, on the B-side of the liner. In through the out door came in it's bag, and the case also has an extra liner for each of the cover variations.
They even had the Japanese overlays.

Hi Twelvebar: that sounds very neat! I've never seen that - my Zeppelin CDs are just the regular sort. Cool present to get.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, by the way!!!

Then there's the other side with the track list on it with Roger Taylor, Queen's drummer, falling through the sky.

This is what both the sides look like together....

I was always fond of JoJo Gunne's "Jumping the Gunne" but I won't attempt to post it here.
