System of a down for sure. There just so crazy on stage, they dont care about how there music sounds when they play live, they just try to have fun.

The J.Geils band. Hope they keep doing re-union gigs.

I'm going to stray from those huge concert productions...

Bands/artists I have seen locally over the past few years that I really liked...

Arlo Guthrie put on one helluva good show. Great story teller.
The Little River Band
Gin Blossoms
ZZ Top
And yes... even our old friend Peter Noone and Herman's Hermit's (it really was a fun show, he's been in town a couple of times and obviously the band is not original)

I missed a few good shows and heard they were a lot of fun, they include...

Poco
Charlie Daniels Band
America
Derek Trucks
Robert Cray

I scored tickets to REO Speedwagon and Pat Benetar for June 25. Will report on that one.

We do OK for a small town in Vermont using an old theater that only seats 800 or the old State Fair Grounds grandstand. 8)

I actually hate it when a guitarist improvises in part of a solo. Jimi Hendrix's hey joe solo at woodstock nearly put me over the edge

well AC/DC is my fav band so i would have chose them but if Pearl Jam played their old stuff that would be an awesome show..... still watching Angus improv for 15 minutes is awesome and if Pearl jam played mostly new stuff i wouldnt have stayed..... their new music annoys the pi55 outta me :?

Back in the early 70's Lynyrd Skynyrd was one of the greatest live acts out there. Freebird was an awesome encore............ 8) Mike
