Not sure of the claim to fame. but my hometown has the largest Bavarian festival in North America.... Oktoberfest!

we also have a huge (Canadian) thanksgiving parade.

its great... it really is.

Most no-parking signs everywhere.

Also used to host "The Great Georgina Ice Fishing Derby" which got canned in 2008 because of the bad economy.
Other that that not much else in this little backwater.

I am from Fort Worth, TX. I went to Paschal High School. Our school flag is on the moon.

Fort Worth is in Tarrant County. That in where the "Dallas" Cowboys play (Arlington Texas).

I dislike Van Morrison, Rory Gallagher on the other hand was pure genius.
