I'll be dressed as myself today, scaring the living 'fecal matter' out of all whom I encounter.

Martian,
I am curious, what costume are you going to wear. I may have to dig through the old halloween masks and scare the kids myself.

My usual self: Shorts, a polo-shirt (with Mickey Mouse on it), sweat socks, skip sneakers and a three day beard growth; cigarettes included for that 'politically incorrect' aura. I did brush my teeth though, you never know when you'll run into a hot, single mom (who also smokes) amidst the Trick or Treaters!

I can't wait to go out trick-or-treating tonight....
No one will know who the heck I am, but, oh well.

Being Freddie Mercury in his cop outfit is all worth it.

Went to a party yesterday night as Michael Jackson. It was a cheap costume. All I needed was a glove. lol

My sis was Michael Jackson yesterday in school--she got her picture taken with Freddie Mercury(me), Elvis, and this dude dressed up as some anonymous rockstar with a kid following him around school, snapping pictures left and right, as his paparazzi. She struck a pose each picture, like standing on her toes, grabbing the hat, etc..

She's being Michael again tonight, and she even made the white glove with the silver sequins on it two nights ago. :P
She had all the clothes already(no costume needed), and she made two pieces of her hair in those tight little ringlets and had them cascade over her face. She even wore the fedora and sunglasses.

And surprisingly, she was the only one in the whole entire school to dress up as him.
Elvis said to her at lunch, "I knew someone had to do it!!". :P

Edit: Typo

I'm not a gambler by any means but what I remember as being the most exciting thing about Halloween parties is was what I called, "The Gamble": Everyone, including myself of course was disguised in some sort of costume or other. Eventually I would 'zero in' on, and be hitting it off marvelously with one of the anonymous females there who only by way of her costume, appeared to be most fetching. As our night progressed together, it would come to that inevitable point where the masks had to come off. Well there it was, truth AND consequences for the both of us! You can surmise the rest, one way or the other.

At the risk of bringing down the room, I've never liked Halloween. At least not since this happened on my very street when I was 10 years old:

35 years later, memories of notorious Halloween 'Candyman' murder remain vivid

The boy who was killed was a classmate of my little sister.
