Hi guitslinger as always you have my support and prayers and your right the folks on this forum are a great source of support

Amen.

In your mother's case you are dealing with extremely complex issues of the human condition.

Given the faith that you and yours hold to, you must draw comfort from the knowledge that a wisdom far greater than this collective company will see your mother through to the resolution deemed in the best interests of all.

God Bless.

Doc

a word of encouragement, not your own will but the Lords will be done. everything is under control even though it may seem like chaos sometimes. so from one perfect stranger to another, may God bless you and your family with grace and peace, amen.

Hi Folks:I've seen that this forum has been a tremendous source of support in rough times.Right now my Mom needs your prayers.Last Thurs. she was rushed to hospital after collapsing in her apartment,on Monday we almost lost her twice as her heart stopped. She's not eating due to the advancement of Alzheimer's and dementia, they took her off meds that decreased her appetite but now the dementia is progressing more rapidly due to stopping the meds.My mother is deeply religious(she was a church organist,Dad was a choir director)and has deep faith, she's still aware of what's going on but is starting to forget simple words and things are unlikely to get better. It would mean a great deal to Mom and our family to know that people are praying for her.Thankyou and God Bless.Derek.

Hi Derek,
Please know that you have my deepest sympathies as I just lost my own mother very recently to cancer. I'm not Christian and I don't pray but I will light a candle for her and she will be in my thoughts.

The best of wishes to you, your mother and your family.

Jim

Hi Folks:It's been over a week since we almost lost Mom but she keeps hanging on despite eating hardly anything, her faith, strength and tenacity are truly inspiring. When I told her that my Fender family from all over the world were praying for her and thinking about her she was truly touched. Our family is sure that the power of prayer and knowing that so many people are concerned about her has helped her tremendously. The medical staff is amazed with her stamina but I'm sure that her strength is not only coming from within.Once again Thankyou each and every one and God Bless You All.....Derek
