You better get up early if you want to try and keep up w/ him. He's pretty amazing.

Hey - I got a wild hair last night and ordered a Candy Apple Red MIM Tele. Gonna be here Friday from American Musical. She's gonna be a mod project. Not sure what I want to do yet, but I know for sure a vintage bridge, different tuners, etc. Maybe in gold. Not sure about the electronics. I know you like 'em stock and I do too, but for this one I'm going to try something different. Any ideas?

Now that sounds really sweet!!! If you really want to jazz it up..on ebay there is an ebay store Rockinbillys who have some really sharp pinup Tele pickguards...they look sharp I want to get my wife to pose in one of those classic 40s outfits and do one of the shots..then I will have that put on a pickguard and on one of my teles...imagine that..:)
here is the web address http://cgi.ebay.com/Pickguard-for-Fende ... 4a9bcc1c15 I can't wait to see your new guitar!!!

Thanks my friend...that is a 1936 Zenith "Radar Eye". My wife was a Broadcast major in college and loves old school Radios. So I got that for her plus another on not in the shot...they sound awesome that old tube sound ...really great stuff all these years and they still work!
