i woke up today on this rainy saturday in CT with a really strong urge to listen to the Wallflowers. So i proceed to get the rest of their albums and what a totally underrated 90s band. Anybody agree?

Yes, they were very good.

Interesting story:
I was at a private corporate event that had a private concert with Bob Dylan & the Wallflowers in San Jose, CA. This, evidently, was the only time they would play together. Below is the poster they handed out at the event. The same night in Austin, TX there was also a private concert with Stevie Wonder. Boy, those days are lonnnnnng gone...

It really is a shame... I think Jacob Dylan suffers from the same stigma Julian Lennon suffers from. They are both sons of artists who are not just famous... they're icons of a generation. In some people's minds you automatically have something to prove.

Not me... I thought the first Wallflower CD was great.

I guess they are okay, but I just got burned out on all their singles since I was a DJ around the time when they were breaking out...so I guess they are okay, but I just prefer to listen to something else because of this...
