I suspect mine should be self explanatory but just for the record the two bikes are a 2000 K1200RS and a 2002 380EXC.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

Finally, someone younger than me!

I didn't realize that there would be this many stories behind people's usernames. Mine is pretty easy, I'm from Texas, I like music from Texas, and I play guitar. Plus it's easy to remember. :)

March 23 1995 I'm pretty sure i'm the youngest here

The scary thing is so can I, although the memories are very fuzzy due to the fact that I wasn't even in pre-school yet.

Solid Body, my favorite electric guitar type (Gibson Barney Kessel Custom favorite acoustic electric guitar and Gibson ES345 Custom favorite semi-acoustic electric guitar), Love Songs, the only songs that I ever write.

I call myself Kong because I'm 60 feet tall and I hate wooden gates...

my friend used to call my Kong when I did demolition work

--- and when I drank due to my large thirst

Semi-complicated but.
Spent a number of years in the Navy as a Civil Engineer Corps officer. One of our duties is to run Public Works offices, maintaining the bases and base housing.

When someone would call in to report something that needed fixing, it is designated a "troublecall".
When I was stationed in Puerto Rico, the Chiefs and Officers participated in intramural sports and we all had monikers related to our jobs - our dentist was "Doc Needles", the top intel officer was "Stealth", etc

So I became Troublecall....

Gridlok is a derivaive of Gridley. Gridley is a nickname I got when I was 12. Seems a friend saw a movie that had a butler in it named Gridley. For some reason he thought I should be called that. MANY years later, it seems to have stuck!

Gridlok 8)
