Hey all, it's been a while. I'm caught up in my school work and guitar playing.

Yesterday I was walking home with a friend, and was called over by another from science... his friends were in a band and needed a guitarist... a LEAD guitarist...

Long story short, I have an audition probably on Sunday, they're thinking of doing punk, but they're not quite sure yet (I'm no true fan of punk, but a place in a band is a place in a band), and hopefully my little vibro can hold its own.

I should be getting a message later this week on times and dates, and I'm practicing for it. Wish me luck, and I'll keep you posted.

(BTW sorry for the stream-of-consciousness writing)

So I definitely have an audition on Sunday. I have just responded to a message, so I'm waiting for a reply.

Well... the audition was supposed to be today.

I went to the drummer's house, he was there, but the only one there. The rhythm guitarist and bassist couldn't come. So we just jammed, went to 7/11, then the park, and jammed some more.

And no, my vibro barely kept up. He said he could hear me, but I couldn't hear myself (not that much, anyway). Well, I guess it's back to the catalogues...
