I'm with ceri on a bump for the thread. SlapChop and BigJay, kudos, I did'nt know what was going on when I tried to listen to heustis (no offense Bro) and that should be obvious from the rock and roll my band plays, 'cause its pretty simple staightforward rock, and we do try to please the paying customers. Are you the doctor now SlapChop? That would be three zzdoc SlapChop and .....

Look at this mate. Designed to go the other way from your direction (i think). Instead of dissonance its intended to bring the imperfect guitar (really the musical system is imperfect not the guitar) to perfection.

That's cool!

John Curruthers on Sunset Blvd. can make me a neck. That's MY town.

Take some getting used to though... behind the fret pairs flat, on top sharp.

Well yknow new instruments led to a new way of playing 58 years ago. I dont see why an outlandish adaption wouldnt give rise to some new way of playing in the right hands these days. You've obviously the desire.

Hell if i had a old squire to hand I'd do it to that. Infact I may 36ET the neck I'm making now.

I'm not sure what kind of bedside manner Herr Doktor SlapChop would have...
