Uh... I don't think you understood the previous post.

WHICH electric guitar amp? WHICH lead singer? Everybody sounds better in a different mic. There might be a "best" for one guy or girl, but there is no "best" for everybody.

If you want to know the most common mics used in that setting,it's a Shure SM57 for the guitar cab and a Shure SM58 for vocals. Are they the best? In some applications, they are. But not in every application.
