I don’t want to get into a pissin’ match on a public forum where we are all just sitting around sharing our opinions on a subject. (there’s been too much of that on this forum of late anyway) I value your opinion as do I value every ones opinion on this forum; but your opinion is yours and mine is mine. That means we live in a great country where we all can have opinions and perceptions on things, hopefully share our views with one another in a civil manner and most likely learn from each other.

Allow me to rephrase my original post then……..without any accomplishments to his name; (that would warrant receiving a Nobel peace prize)……. without any accomplishments to his name; (that would warrant being qualified to run this country)…… IN MY OPINION!!!...of course there are many presidents that fall under that category….

I usually don’t get involved in political discussions because people’s views are passionate to the point they won’t or can’t hear the any counter discussion making the entire subject moot to the point of wasted time. (As I see upon further reading, this thread has become)

I now will abandon this thread and find another that is more suited to what this Forum is here for… Music! And our beloved Fender Musical instruments and gear.

i know obama hasn't accomplished anything in his lifetime...

i mean who would be impressed with someone who graduated magna $@! laude from harvard law school, was editor of the harvard law review, was a three term illinois state senator, a constitutional law professor at the university of chicago, a master orator, a u.s. senator from illinois and defeated john mccain to become the first african american president of the united states all before age 50.

Half of his votes were because he is african american or black or half black or whatever you want to call him. People say they wanted to stop having all of this racism well they keep bringing it up buy saying the first african american president how about the forty fourth president

It's called having good handlers!!!! The Chicago political machine, we all know how uncorruptable that is. Civil rights lawyer, activist who has never seen a socialist policy he did not favor. His 6 years in state legislature was all about expanding social programs . And David Axelrod could have got Howdy Doody elected against the bunch that ran in that U.S.senate race. It was a seat once held even by Carol Mosley Braun (90's) open to any ?????? His years in the Senate he was rank one of the most Liberal democrat Senators there. Handled all the way just as now.

It obvious he does not believe in you number 4 and it has been shown the Senate seat can be bought as proved when he left the seat. Thats your 6 and anyone would have defeated John McCain theres your 7. I will say he is a master orator, the man can read a script written for him for sure so I will give him 1,2,5. He is a indecisive talking head with a group of Bizarro World Cheney's telling him what to do. Mean while the enemy is embolden in Afghanistan and we have had the most deaths there since the start under his administration because he can't decide what he wants to do. Forget what the people there on the ground say they need. He wants a exit strategy I can give him one WIN IT FAST AND HARD DESTROY YOUR ENEMY AND DON'T FEEL BAD ABOUT. The wars that have been won have been done how? Overwhelming forces and destruction. If you don't think they would do the same to us if they could, well you know.
