I have listened to this over and over and over. It is the quintessential blues song. This guy is a master......

Mike,

Isn't this guy great. He has been on at my house for weeks. Everyone gives me the "look" when I turn on the stereo but I can't get enough of him. My only disappointment is that it took me so long to find him......I guess I am making up for lost time. I hope I get to see him someday.

You are from Oklahoma correct? How are things down that way. I have never been in that area (Oklahoma, Texas, etc.) but hopefully someday.............

Yeah, I'm an Okie. Love it here in Northeast Oklahoma. Five or six big lakes to fish on and still a fair economy. Mike

Beaubs you should really consider yourself lucky that you came across an artist that you like so much. With the state of music the way it is you have a whole back catalog of Ronnies music to explore.

If you ever get the chance to see him "live" I'd highly recommend it.

Miami Mike that picture where Ronnie is playing is that at a tribute for the late great master of the telecaster Danny Gatton as I see a picture of him in the background. I would like to know if you have any info on that. Danny Gatton was as good as one can super humanly be on the guitar, just a beast, If anyone wants to hear a genius download Harlem Nocturne for a sample.Danny wish you were here. Sorry Beaubs did not mean to hijack your post.

Yeah, that's Gatton's picture. The club closed a couple of years ago, but had a lot of guitar player and music memorabilia around the bar and stage areas.
